Silkhaus

Silkhaus is a home away from home for travellers, and it also creates passive income opportunities for real estate owners. We built the brand identity around the colour purple - that Silkhaus wanted to own, while keeping the design sleek, and modern.

Campaign

In the aim of taking over the UAE market and becoming top of mind for individuals and multi-asset real estate property owners who want to make the most out of their investments through short-term rental, Silkhaus asked us to come up with a witty (their first big out-of-home) campaign. So we came up with “We do your homework (literally)”. It’s a play on the word “homework” and how owners can reap benefits from their real estate while Silkhaus does all the work in the background.
