Head of Business and Creative Communication
Salary range: competitive
Location: 4 days in JLT, Friday’s WFH

Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development of the agency’s strategic plan, including identifying growth opportunities and potential new business ventures
research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas and services
• Leading the pitch process, creating compelling proposals, and presenting to prospective clients to win new business

• Establish a strong communication strategy that align with the agency's goals and help enhance brand awareness and recognition manage creative campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring that the communication aligns with the brands objectives, whilst ensuring that all creative output maintains a consistent brand voice and message
• Setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts and creative campaigns
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and initiatives with other agencies, media companies, or tech providers that can enhance the agency’s service offerings and contribute to growth
Skill Requirements:
• 3-5yrs work experience within sales, communication and or business development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic is a bonus
• Excellent negotiation and networking skills, ability to foster strong relationships with clients and partners
• Creative and strategic thinker, with strong organisational to manage multiple project simultaneously
• Excellent public speaking and presentation capabilities
Creative Lead
Salary range: competitive

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the conceptualisation and development of creative ideas and campaigns, ensuring they meet brief objectives and resonate with target audiences
provide creative direction and oversight on all visual and verbal communications across various media, including digital, print, video, social media, web and more.
• Mentor, inspire, and lead a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
• Review all creative work to ensure it meets the agency’s standards, provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to refine their work and ensure all work is aligned with the briefs expectations and objectives.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, articulating the rationale behind the ideas and how they meet the client's objectives, whilst always balancing creative vision with practical considerations such as budgets, timelines, and client constraints.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, consumer behaviours, and emerging technologies to keep concepts fresh and relevant.
Skill Requirements:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a creative role within an agency or related industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in leading and managing a creative team, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Exceptional conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into compelling visual and verbal communications, across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools with a solid understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
Senior Social Media Executive
Salary range: competitive
Location: 4 days in JLT, Friday’s WFH

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies, ensuring social media objectives are achieved
• Manage and maintain multiple client social media accounts, ensuring security protocols are maintained to the highest standards.
• Coordinate and brief the creative team or freelancers to ensure content is engaging, informative and inline with the brands positioning and guidelines.
• Responding creatively to communications briefs, translating key messages or concepts into innovative content ideas to be used across social media platforms
• Actively monitor and manage community interactions; participating in relevant social discussions, responding to comments and messages as well as engaging with followers' content to maintain a vibrant and interactive online community presence.
• Track and analyse Social Media performance metrics, prepare monthly reports on social media activities, to measure the effectiveness of the content
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies, applications and social media trends. Implement new features and technologies as they emerge.
Skill Requirements:
• Proven work experience within social media, excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic is a bonus.
• Excellent experience with social media distribution platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, Social Bakers, Sprout)
• Creative thinker and problem solver, with an excellent ability to multi-task
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
