Mid-Level Creative Strategist

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our clients' brands and campaigns. You will work closely with our creative team and clients, to develop compelling strategies that align with business objectives while pushing creative boundaries. This role requires a unique blend of analytical thinking, creative flair, and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients and the Creative team to develop comprehensive creative strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

• Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to inform strategic recommendations and campaign concepts.
• Define and refine brand positioning strategies that differentiate our clients from competitors and resonate with target audiences.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and strategy workshops to generate innovative campaign ideas and concepts that align with client objectives.
• Develop content strategies that leverage storytelling, multimedia, and emerging platforms to engage audiences and drive results.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, providing strategic guidance, and presenting campaign proposals and recommendations.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct post-campaign analysis, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Work closely with creative, marketing, and account management teams to ensure seamless integration of strategy into execution.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative strategy, sharing insights and recommendations with internal teams and clients.
